dacadoo Access and Subscription
dacadoo does not provide access to private individuals. dacadoo is accessible via an access code, available to the following type of users:
Employees of Corporate Health Programs
You will receive a personalized link to sign up to dacadoo from your employer who is sponsoring your subscription. Should your employer not renew your subscription after it has expired, you may choose to extend it as described below.
Potential dacadoo customers
You can request an access code at support@dacadoo.com or via your dacadoo sales representative. The access code allows you to trial dacadoo for 30 days. If you wish to continue to use it after the trial period, you can extend your subscription as described below.
Renewal of Expired Subscriptions
dacadoo will notify you 10 and 5 days prior to the expiry of your subscription with the option to renew. You will need to actively renew your dacadoo subscription.
In-app purchase
Once your subscription has expired, you may select a standard subscription of either 90, 180 or 360 days. Payment must be made in advance through the in-app purchase function.
License code
If you have received a license code with a subscription extension you need to log in to your account via the web app on www.dacadoo.com, access Subscriptions in the Settings section and enter the licence code to activate it.
The current price for a monthly dacadoo subscription is as follows:
- USA: USD 4.99/month
- All other countries: Please check the dacadoo pricing for your respective country in the app stores.
